Celeuma Art Residency Retreat 2nd Edition
Excited to leave today for my first art residency/retreat, organised by Tira-Olhos - Associação de Fotografia Experimental. Each resident artist will spend about a week on their own in the space offered by Tiraolhos, in a rural area close to Alcobaça. We will then meet and share our work and experiences. I am looking forward to opening up to the autumnal influences of nature. Respirar, the group exhibition that displays the works produced within the 1st edition of Celeuma, is open until the 29th of October (Chamusca).
Interview on the The Artist Reality Podcast
This summer, artists and friends Andrea and Federica (together estu_dioquinze), have launched a podcast The Artist Reality: “A series of honest and real monthly podcasts where we will take you on a journey into the lives of artists, the challenges they face, and their hopes and dreams.” I’ve participated in an episode, we talked about what it means to be an artist and went into the details of how I came to develop my latest work Perché ti ricordi sempre. It was a refreshing and heartfelt thirty-minute conversation.
