Being away from Instagram, mindless scrolling and binge watching has helped me greatly to reconnect to myself and my creativity. It's giving me more time and space to listen to my own thoughts, daydream, read and write.

This is the third and last newsletter of 2022, possibly the year that has gone by the quickest for me. I am just starting to wrap my head around everything that has been going on. Playing With a Film Camera
Moving away from my “serious” camera has brought an element of lightness, not just in taking the photographs but also in judging (or not judging) the results. It has allowed me to be more free, to experiment. It has given me that softness I have wondered about for so long.
